Exchange & Return Policy

At Hijab by Ayra, we truly value your trust and satisfaction. Our goal is to ensure that every product you receive meets your expectations. Please read our exchange and return policy carefully before making a request.

Exchange Policy

  • We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.

  • This means that the customer must dispatch the parcel through courier or ensure that it reaches our office on or before the 7th day from the date of delivery.

  • Customers can exchange any product with another item from Hijab by Ayra of equal value.

  • If the new product is of higher value, the price difference must be paid by the customer.

  • The product must be:

    • Unused and unworn

    • In the same condition as delivered

    • With the original tag intact

  • The delivery charges for sending the parcel back to us will be borne by the customer.

  • Exchanges will not be accepted if the product shows any signs of use, wear, damage, or tag removal.

Return Policy

  • We also offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

  • The customer must ensure the parcel is dispatched or received by our office on or before the 7th day from the date of delivery.

  • To qualify for a return:

    • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

    • The tag must be intact.

  • Once the return is approved, 90% of the product amount will be refunded.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable and must be borne by the customer.

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been inspected and approved by our quality control team.

Important Notes

  • Products that do not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for exchange or return.

  • Proper packaging is required when returning or exchanging a product to avoid damage during transit.

  • Exchange and return requests can be initiated by contacting our customer support team through our official channels.

  • All exchange and return policies are made in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

  • Delivery charges are to be born by customers and company shall no pay any delivery charges
